Access to the Services requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following notice. Your continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Services until the end of your paid period.
The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by SpeedSourcer and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Services may integrate with third-party applications and services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may suspend or discontinue the Services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RETRIIVER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpeedSourcer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
